THE VESPER
INGREDIENTS
3 oz Scott Street Gin
1 oz Vodka
.5 oz Lillet blanc aperitif
A few Dashes Olive Oil Bitters
Twist of lemon
Olives (optional)
HOW TO PREPARE
Add Gin, Vodka, and Lillet to mixing glass over ice. Stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Express oils from lemon twist around rim of glass and drop into cocktail. Add a few dashes of olive oil bitters and 2-3 olives (optional). Enjoy!
